Monthly payment options available through CareCredit.
CareCredit is exclusively designed to finance healthcare services like dental care and orthodontics for you or your family. CareCredit offers financing for healthcare purchases of $200 or more, up to your approved credit limit. Plus, you can use your CareCredit card over and over for follow-up appointments at any health care office that accepts CareCredit. (Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required.)

DENTAL INSURANCE
We gladly welcome dental insurance and work with most dental insurance companies. If you have questions regarding your insurance, we will be happy to answer your insurance questions and do a complimentary benefits check for you. Please note that your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and we do not guarantee any coverage or payments that your insurance company may or may not provide. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company directly for you, but any unpaid insurance claims or denials will be the patient’s responsibility. Payment on expected patient portions will be due at the time of service.

SCHOFIELD DENTAL SAVINGS PLAN (DSP)
Schofield Dental is pleased to offer our in-office Dental Savings Plan for individuals who do not currently have dental insurance. This plan helps our patients receive optimal dental care and maintain their oral health for the best price and value possible. - *Refer a friend and receive a free enrollment or credit when they also sign up and pay for the Dental Savings Plan!
- *Enrollment fee is applied upon initial enrollment in the Dental Savings Plan. It is a one-time fee so long as care is maintained and enrollment in the plan continues. When there is a lapse of enrollment and/or a lapse in regular dental care of 18 months or more, the enrollment fee will be charged again.
- *Due to the large discounts on this plan, any payments made towards the DSP by CareCredit will be subject to a 10% service fee.
- *This is not Insurance and is only available to patients who do not have dental insurance.
- *No refunds will be granted for early termination regardless of whether all benefits have been utilized or not.
